|Recommended: YesWonderful Property Tarnished Only by Frivolous Fees — Ducks Village is a nice place to stay overall, and the property itself is well maintained. The complex is clean, comfortable, and generally well run, which makes it an easy place to live as a student. Management does a good job with the day‑to‑day aspects of the property, and the living experience itself has been smooth.
My main frustration has nothing to do with the apartments or the community, but with the Insurance Waiver Program and Credit Reporting Program fees. These services feel unnecessary and, more importantly, I did not request to be enrolled in them. The programs appear to be automatic opt‑ins, and the third‑party providers make them extremely difficult—if not nearly impossible—to cancel. There should be a clear and straightforward opt‑out process for residents who don’t want these services.
As it stands, these fees feel frivolous and seem to primarily benefit the property owner and the third‑party service providers rather than residents. While the overall quality of Ducks Village makes it easier to get past the annoyance, the extra fees still leave a bad impression and detract from what would otherwise be a great experience.
In short, Ducks Village is a good place to live, but the unnecessary add‑on fees and lack of transparency around them are frustrating and could easily be improved.

|Recommended: YesDucks Village — If you're looking for a place to be off campus but still feel like you're still in college, Ducks Village is for you. Surrounded by a lot off college a student from LCC Lane Community College University OF Oregon it really makes you feel like you're still living the young life. The staff here are amazing they host fun activates and serve amazing foods.
