|Recommended: NoUnit was dirty upon arrival — Overall on our first days our experience has been okay. There is a lot of maintience and work that needs to be done. Like new washers, outlets that don't work, vents that are dirty... Hope that workers can get into our unit to fix some things.

|Recommended: YesQuality Matches Price — The price I pay to live here is comparable to the area but the amenities make it worth it. The staff and maintenance staff are great and very friendly, but there is a problem with residents picking up after their animals. There is also no follow-through with complaints. The rooms are nice and were in good condition when I moved in. The locks on the main door and individual rooms add another layer of security that make me feel safe. On the downside, the fees to run the washer and dryers are overpriced, which I feel is an unnecessary cost on top of rent, parking fee, and flat rate utility.

|Recommended: YesHousing — In my very new experience, I have had issues with the cleanliness of my new room. I was put into a position to either move in as-is to my uncleaned room, or move in almost a week after my scheduled move-in date. I understand that mix-ups happen, and the staff with the exception of the maintenance were all very benevolent. However, I was very excited to move in and this has really put a damper on that. Otherwise, I am absolutely in love with the set up of the buildings, ease of access, and friendly staff.

The grounds are clean and common areas are kept clean as well. Parking is not hard to find and I can usually park right in front of my building. I’d recommend Ducks Village to anyone

|Recommended: NoOmg the noise — This probably isn’t true for everyone but the noise from the air conditioning is insanely loud if your room is right next to it. It’s so loud in fact it will shake your wall. I haven’t lived here for that long yet but I felt like I had to warn people who aren’t deep sleepers.
|Recommended: YesLooks good — Ducks village is a really nice area, the landscaping is done very well and is maintained well. The staff was very helpful the whole time during move in and before then. The buildings look good and for overall construction it seems fine. It’s been just a little noisy but that hasn’t been a problem.
|Recommended: NoNot what I expected. — I did a physical tour a few months back, and this building is almost completely different than the one I toured. The place reeks like cigarettes, and there is trash and cigarette butts left all over from past tenants. There was even some old clothes in the closet that didn’t belong to me… As for dust it is everywhere. The walls are covered in cobwebs, and the whole place hasn’t been swept or vacuumed prior to our move in. I hate to say I am disappointed, and was mislead. Still going to make lemonade out of this hard lemon, but common 🤣
