submitted by Madisan C. - |Recommended: NoNice property — The staff in the office is great, but the overall management of the property is not very organized. It took me 2 months to get my lease figured out after signing and then having to re-sign for a sublet. I got conflicting information from multiple people several times. There is also not 24 7 maintenance as stated in MULTIPLE locations both on the website and resident portal. My account has not reflected accurate information about rent since I've moved in. The property is well maintained and the amenities are nice.

submitted by Ethan H. - |Recommended: NoPoor Communication and Even Worse Cleanliness — I was repeatedly told I'd pay one amount to take over a lease, and was charged 1.5x what I was quoted, with them then trying to charge even more two days into me living here. The apartment is covered in urine, half of the doors can't close, and I was locked out of my room on the first night because they didn't bother to replace the battery that controls the lock to my room. I would highly recommend that anyone looking find quite literally any other alternative.

Being a good neighbor is key to living in ducks village and you’ll be just fine 🤘🔥

submitted by Sage C. - |Recommended: YesAwesome and efficient staff, exceptional housing and amenities — The staff and management have been friendly, efficient, and they don’t waist time they get maintenance requests done quickly, so far they have far surpassed my last several rentals in Oregon and some other states. The apartment’s amenities and overall property is much cleaner and better maintained than the majority of apartments in Oregon. Keep doing what you’re doing Namaste Sage

submitted by Skyla D. - |Recommended: NoMy review — Honestly it’s nice living here if you want something “cheep” but when I first moved here the old management stuff was super seeet and nice I honestly do not like the new management they’re very rude and have some really nasty attitudes and get mad about doing their job correctly, the only nice person in their is Katie and she’s a sweetheart All the other ladies are very rude and don’t seem to listen to what you’re saying. I’ve been requesting weeks for stuff to be done and they say yes just to push it back. They don’t communicate anything and I’m being charged. Really unprofessional management.

The new company is attempting to charge for services that they were not present for and continue to do so still.

submitted by TAYLOR R. - |Recommended: YesRent keeps getting more expensive, not worth it for me to keep living here — They have not only raised rent 100 dollars a month, but parking used to be a one time 50 dollar fee. Now it is a 25 monthly fee. Frustrating.

The parking can geta bit crazy since its first come and i dont like the fact that we dont have a washer and dryer in the rooms but other than that its pretty cool to live here.

submitted by Breanna H. - |Recommended: YesReview — I like how the complex feels like a community with college-aged residents or college students living here. Management has changed a lot but I think the new management is more organized than the previous ones. They have a whole new office staff who is friendly and seems to know what they are doing. They personally knocked on everyone's doors to meet the residents and ask for any maintenance requests that were not finished by the previous management. They are very friendly They also explained that they are hiring more experienced maintenance workers, which I see already. Before, my desk drawer broke and the team fixed it but it didn't seem fixed because it would get stuck. It ended up breaking even more and the new team actually fixed it where it feels brand new. The old management also didn't clean our apartment before move-in. We did have an early move in date which we paid extra for and it wasn't even clean when we arrived. It was frustrating given that rent is expensive and it wasn't in a clean condition. The newly remodeled kitchen cabinets had breaks in them and we had to ask if we were getting new ones because nothing was communicated to us about why they were broken. They ended up replacing them a few weeks later but if we didn't ask, we would've never known. We had several maintenance requests right as we moved in because things didn't work properly. Our hot and cold water is switched on our showers and kitchen sink. We have put in requests for it to be fixed and the old team ignored the request. We even told the plumbers when they came to fix our water heater. Hoping that gets fixed soon, not that it is a problem but it shouldn't be opposite than what the handle says. Move in was a mess at first but it has gotten better. I am looking to live here again because I like the layout of the apartments and most everything is fixed now. I am hoping new management does a better job.
