|Recommended: YesGreat Deal, just needs more attention on the Building itself — Coming in you are moving in with people you either Do or Don't know. But regardless of that I must note that the condition some things have came in when coming into my New Bedroom did raise an eyebrow. Most prominently the Paint Job, I've noticed occasional spatters of white paint almost entirely around the room, being on the Carpet, Desk, and even Mattress.
Some of the drawers in the pre-installations are uneven, and the Pre-installed Chair has stains on it w the White Paint .
And also some hard-stains and a small stain on the Carpet that may have been missed post-cleanup.
There is also sightings of some flies bugs within my place, although that's not really possible to track who's responsible.
Excluding those issues
The roommates are fairly quiet where I reside, and do respect each others spaces seemingly.
Parking is alright, no assignments, just finding one you can take.
Having access to a Gym, Coffee bar, etc. is nice.
Offers being nearby Campus, for those who are taking classes.
Very customizable options when moving in, E.G opting in out of living with pet-friendly apartments.

|Recommended: YesThe ideal place to live — Ducks Village is definitely the ideal place to live for what you pay for. Right next to Autzen Stadium, very friendly staff, plus spacious apartments. I am happy to say I would recommend living here if you can afford it

|Recommended: YesIt's Ok — Good but construction is incredibly loud wich sucks as a first impression on living here and the random water shut offs is very annoying and inconvenient. But its a nuce place to live with good amenities and community. Also yall have homeless people stealing stuff out of your trash cans and leaving trash on the ground after they look through the bins. And one morning I woke up to 2 guys walking past our window with one of your bed mattresses and bike frame. Id recommend upgrading ur security and trash enclosures. Maybe add a code to get in

|Recommended: YesPretty Ducking Awesome — The move-in process with Ducks Village was incredibly efficient and well done. The staff members are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Also, maintenance is incredible and gets back to you almost right away Moving in here wasn't awfully stressful for me and I've had a great time so far.
